To claim a remake, do the following:
- Contact Suitopia’s customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order to determine that your garments cannot be altered by a tailor.
- Have your local tailor, at customer expense, fill in measurement adjustments on the measurement form that you can find and print here: Suitopia’s measurement guide. If this form is not used, Suitopia will be unable to provide you with a remake.
- After getting the remake approved by Suitopia, send the garments you want replaced to Suitopia within 5 days. This shipment will be paid for by the customer. Remember to include the printed and filled in adjustment form. We strongly recommend that you update your measurement profile with the adjusted measurements. This way the measurement profile will contain the correct measurements next time you order from Suitopia.
